The client's differing or supplementary conditions only become part of the contract if we explicitly acknowledge them in writing.

2. Services

We offer statistical consulting services, including data analysis, statistical modeling, interpretation of statistical results, among other services.
The precise services, their scope, and modalities will be defined in a separate offer or agreement.
We deliver our services with the highest level of professionalism, using recognized standards and methods in statistical consulting.

3. Contract Formation

A contract is formed when the client accepts our offer in writing.
Acceptance can also be manifested by the actual use of our services, such as booking consultation sessions.

4. Remuneration and Payment Terms

The compensation for our services is specified in the separate offer or agreement.
Unless otherwise stated, payments are due within 60 days of receiving the invoice, without any deductions.
In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge statutory default interest.

5. Liability and Guarantee

We only assume liability for damages in cases of intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for minor negligence is excluded, unless it involves a breach of essential contractual obligations.
